Lance Nickens President

Lance has led TPRA since its 1999 inception. After graduating in 1995 from UT Austin with a B.A. in marketing, Lance began working with a National Advertising Agency in Austin, TX, where he rose to the role of a President in 2001. Lance started TPRA as a division of that agency, and in 2004, acquired TPRA. Lance has produced over 500 television and radio commercials specifically for clinical trials.

TPRA's strategic focus derives from Mr. Nickens' creative energy, client orientation, drive for accountability and passion for creating and developing unique technological solutions.

Mr. Nickens' commitment and hands-on approach to developing unique and efficient solutions to patient recruitment and retention challenges has strategically aligned TPRA as an integral benchmark provider of global recruitment and retention services.

Carl Wibbenmeyer Chief Operating Officer

Carl, TPRA's Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for managing TPRA's operations and ensuring the consistent delivery of the best services possible. Mr. Wibbenmeyer joined TPRA in 2006. Prior to joining TPRA, Mr. Wibbenmeyer practiced law in Austin, Texas for 20 years, specializing in the representation of small and medium sized corporations.

Mr. Wibbenmeyer was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1985 after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law that same year. Mr. Wibbenmeyer graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis in 1982 with an AB degree and a dual major in Mathematics and Philosophy.

Todd Sanders Chief Technology Officer

Todd, TPRA's Chief Technology Officer, is the architect and chief developer of RADIUS365™. He graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in business administration. Mr. Sanders, a frequent speaker at technological conferences, has specialized in computerizing business processes throughout his career as a programmer.

Mr. Sanders' past positions include Adobe Community Expert, responsibility for NASA's intranet in the Space Shuttle Program and managing the Houston/Galveston Physical Oceanographic Real-Time System (PORTS) for NOAA.
